We stayed overnight here because of a concert at JMA Carrier Dome (separate review) last Saturday. This place is about a 10-15 minute drive north of the venue which is in Syracuse. It isn't bad once you know how to get on the tricky access road (which strangely is parallel to an exit ramp coming off of an extremely busy Route 81)... and the abrupt right turn to get on the property, (which before it has a crappy, run down entrance road that you have to traverse), so once we found it, checked in (after a bit of a delay because the hotel didn't have my pre check in nor my key ready), so after all of that, we took a bit of a nap and had to change and head out again to find the way to JMA Dome for the show. The next morning I didn't even want to stay for their breakfast, so we got out, got some overpriced New York gas, and drove back. Not one person ever asked how our room was or thanked us for staying there. Warm and fuzzy New York? Not! One other note; this place has only one elevator for guests, and it is SLOW!

Nice hotel, basic as far as hotel rooms go. Clean, comfortable beds. Front desk was helpful and nice. No hot tub, cold pool. Free basic breakfast in am. But what wasnt basic was the cost. Just got my bill. 2 nites for 595.00. Insane.

Terrible stay. Avoid at all costs

Checked in on Friday night for a 2 night stay. When my son went to get under the blankets he felt something wet in the bed. We pulled the covers back to find a large wet stain in the bed. He then said omg it smells like pee. I then smelled it and it was definitely pee. I went down to complain and the man at the desk didn't believe me. Said he needed to check himself. He went up and touched the bed and said ohhh I'll be right back. 30 min later he returned and put us in a new room I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one there. We stayed 2 nights and never saw a manager Rooms were 250 a night with taxes and fees. Will never use the this hotel again How many other beds didn't have the sheets changed after the last persons stay?

First mentioned must be Eliza. She made the stay wonderful making you feel right at room every morning while working hard making sure everything at breakfast was fresh and stocked. Also a gentleman was scrubbing the elevator in the morning which was a fantastic sight knowing they are cleaning especially in this day and age of every germ around. The entire staff was amazing and friendly making the stay pleasant. I would make it 4.5 stars as just a few minor things that should be mentioned. Our room had the wallpaper peeling off in the corner of the room, the shower drain could have used a scrubbing, the bathroom wouldn't close or lock fully, and the tv in the room was very tiny. Overall a good value and happy we stayed here.

Upon arrival to our room there was a dirty, used towel on the floor. The room was cleaned but this towel was somehow left behind. Needless to say this was not a great first impression! I told the front desk & it remained there for the rest of my stay, no one came to remove it! Our room never received housekeeping, not sure why. I informed the front desk & they just apologized. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for this very mediocre stay. I will not be back here again.
